1. The delivery date for all products is indicated on each individual product's page on our website. However, a general guide is provided below

3. Due to seasonal variations and the varying the degrees of difficulty in making each made-to-order product delivery times will vary. For example a plain ring is quickest whereas an extra wide ring in a very large size with diamonds and engraving will take the longest to make. 95% of all our rings are made within three weeks from the date of order and a plain wedding ring can be supplied in as little as 3 days
4. All products are shipped via DHL, fully insured, and usually arrive the next working day after being shipped.

Ordering your rings

If you would like to order or simply view our collection, use the MENU at the left hand side of the page now and you can browse through our huge selection of products and view images. Ordering online is completely secure at higher than industry standards and orders are automatically acknowledged at the time of payment.

Delivery of your rings

An email will be sent when the package is shipped out. If you do not have email, we can telephone you if required.

Packaging includes a full descriptive invoice and a quality box.

We ship DHL and each package is fully insured for the price of the product. Your cost = FREE, unless a courier service is requested, which will then be charged at that full rate. DHL is guaranteed to arrive before 6pm Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. DHL requires a signature upon receipt and insures items for up to $500. If you are not available at home, a card will be put through your door and collection of the package will be from your local DHL shipping center.

Please allow extra time for deliveries outside of the U.S., which are sent Airmail by International Signed for Delivery.

If you choose to provide an alternative delivery address, please understand that this will only happen by mutual agreement as most credit card companies only accept responsibility for payment if the item is sent to the BILLING ADDRESS .

Once signed for, the package then becomes your responsibility.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed packages, where a proof of shipping certificate has been obtained by us.

We do retain tracking numbers for all rings we send out so if you have not received your item by the quoted delivery date please contact us and we will provide tracking for you if you contact us by using the contact details below.
