We can deliver within 48 hours or 4 days. There is a charge for this service and you must order before 11am.
Our Express Ring Production service costs an additional $35. The premium service costs an additional $60-$75 depending on the ring. These costs are for plain rings only, we can do most of our diamond-set and decorative rings on a six-day manufacturing timeline for a cost of $75. Some metals may not be possible to obtain within four days. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you ASAP with a revised timescale for the prioritized manufacture of your ring.
By opting for this service, you are paying for us to rush the production of your items faster than the normal three week production period, not the delivery. We effectively make your items faster. Important* The "Express Service" and "Premium Service" do not pay for faster shipping. All orders are shipped as normal using our standard FREE FedEx 2 Day Air shipping that requires a signature upon receipt.
Premium service
If the order is made before 11am on day one, we can deliver before 5pm on day four.
Express service
If you opt for the Express Service and order before 11am your item will be shipped out on day 4. You will receive the goods on day 6.
Disclaimer
We will do our best to ensure we keep to the 4 or 6 day production and delivery time. However due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee that we can deliver 100% of items by their estimated delivery date. Each item is made to order and must go through a complex and delicate manufacturing process. Please let us know if you are ordering your rings within a week or two of your wedding so we can make sure the rings are with you on time! We can not be held responsible for failure to deliver goods ordered 2 days prior to your wedding. Please do not leave these matters to the last minute!
